Leeds CC The Big Lottery Leeds City Council is funding PERS to support capacity building in the voluntary and community sector by: Giving telephone advice to voluntary and community sector organisations on employment rights and HR issues. Carrying out contract consultancies – checking employment terms and conditions, policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date, accurate and practical for the organisation. Training managers on employment rights and HR issues. Supporting the Employment Rights Network for employment rights advice workers that we currently run with the CABx throughout this region. Pay & Employment Rights service (Yorkshire) Ltd have been funded by the Big Lottery to provide the following services to support the development and sustainability of Wakefield & District VCS organisations: Giving telephone advice to voluntary and community sector organisations on employment rights and HR issues.
