Employment Rights Advice
The Pay & Employment Rights Service (PERS) telephone helpline is available to all
voluntary and community sector groups (and workers) in West Yorkshire.
Also now available to workers who live or work in Leeds (regardless of sector). Our advice
line opening hours are:
- Monday: 10am to 1pm
- Tuesday: 10am to 4pm & 5.30pm to 7.30pm
- Wednesday: 10am to 4pm
- Thursday: 10am to 4pm
- Friday: 10am to 1pm
